Smart devices are only as smart as the strategies and schedules being used. The schedule planning process, executive function skills, strategies and smart device features can all work together synergistically to develop skill proficiency and support neurodiverse learners in managing their schedule and tasks. Learn about a framework for the schedule management process including saving information, creating a plan, remembering, and doing the plan. Strategies to support executive function skills utilized in the schedule management process will be addressed for skills such as planning, memory, time management, task initiation, sustained effort, and attention/focus. Tips and tricks for using smart devices will be presented as they apply within the framework. Smart devices include mobile phones, tablets, smart speakers and displays, smartwatches, and mobile apps.

Join Rachel Reeves, Marisa Church, and Zhi Huang from Access Ingenuity to explore VoiceOver keyboard basics to increase your efficiency while using VoiceOver with your iPhone and iPad.
